ZENAS BIOPHARMA, INC.
POLICY FOR RECOUPMENT OF INCENTIVE COMPENSATION
In accordance with Section 10D of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”), and the regulations thereunder, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Zenas BioPharma, Inc.
