ITEM 5. OTHER EVENTS
On April 17, 2004, the Registrant announced that its Medical Systems
Group has delivered twenty-two remote R/F Systems for installation in
eighteen Social Security healthcare facilities throughout Mexico. The
Registrant also announced the initial delivery schedule for a contract
awarded in 2000 to provide one-hundred remote R/F systems to the
Ministry of Health in Romania. For additional information, reference
is made to the press release which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.01
and incorporated herein by reference.
