On March 11, 2004, the Registrant announced plans to (i) issue
financial results for its fiscal 2004 second quarter and six-month
period ended January 31, 2004 on Monday, March 15, 2004 and (ii)
host a conference call scheduled for 4:00 p.m. Eastern time on
Tuesday, March 16, 2004 to discuss the financial results. For
additional information, reference is made to the press release which
is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.01 and incorporated herein by
reference.
