Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement
On November 20, 2006, Constar, Inc. and New Century Beverage Company amended their Supply Agreement dated as of October 17, 2002. The amendment extends the scheduled expiration date of the contract to December 31, 2008. The amendment also sets forth the pricing and quantity terms for the 2007 and 2008 contract years.
