Election of Director
On February 15, 2007, the Board of Directors of Constar International Inc. appointed Mr. Michael D. McDaniel as a director on the recommendation of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Mr. McDaniel will participate in the standard director compensation arrangements disclosed in the Company’s most recent proxy statement.
On February 16, 2007, the Company issued a press release regarding the election of Mr. McDaniel as a new director, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 1.
