As previously disclosed by Paradigm Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) pursuant to the Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 14, 2008, the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Peter B. LaMontagne and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Richard Sawchak plan to present at the Fourth Annual Noble Financial M.A.D. MAX Equity Conference at the Loews Lake Las Vegas Resort, Nevada, on Tuesday, August 19th, 2008 at 11:30 A.M. Pacific Time. A copy of the presentation slides to be used at the conference is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
