EXCO Resources, Inc. (“EXCO”) is furnishing the text of presentation materials as Exhibit 99.1 to this report pursuant to Regulation FD promulgated by the Securities and Exchange Commission. These materials will be used by EXCO’s management on a conference call scheduled for 10:00 a.m. (Dallas time) on July 13, 2011.
