On May 23, 2016, EXCO Resources, Inc. (the “Company”) utilized a slide presentation at its 2016 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Presentation”). A copy of the Presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
