Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
Omnicare, Inc. (“Omnicare” or the “Company”) will hold an investor meeting on September 18, 2012. As part of this meeting, representatives of Omnicare will make a presentation on September 18, 2012 using the slides attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1. The presentation will address the business operations, objectives and financial performance of the Company's Specialty Care Group and discuss industry trends and dynamics.
