Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On April 25, 2016, Fibrocell Science, Inc. ("Fibrocell") issued a press release announcing that it received orphan drug designation from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration ("FDA") for FCX-013 for the treatment of localized scleroderma. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
