(“Ally”) priced an offering of 1,350,000 shares of 4.70% Fixed-Rate Reset Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series B, par value $0.01 per share, with a liquidation preference of $1,000 per share. As previously disclosed, Ally intends to use the proceeds from the offering to redeem a portion of the Company’s 8.125% Fixed Rate/Floating Rate Trust Preferred Securities, Series 2 of GMAC Capital Trust I (the “Series 2 TRUPS”) and the related common securities and debentures, each in accordance with its terms.
