ITEM 1.01 ENTRY INTO A MATERIAL DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT
On March 24, 2006, Analysts International Corporation entered into an Amendment to Lease Agreement (the “Amendment”) of the Company’s lease with Centennial Lakes III, LLC, dated May 15, 2002 (the “Lease”), for its corporate headquarters office at 3601 West 76th Street, Edina, Minnesota. Pursuant to the Amendment, the term of the Lease has been extended through May 31, 2012 with an option to renew for another five-year term. The Amendment also provides for three months’ rent abatement in each of the 2006, 2007 and 2008 fiscal years. The Amendment is set forth in Exhibit 10.1 attached hereto and is incorporated in this Current Report as if fully set forth herein.
