Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers
On April 14, 2006, Analysts International Corporation (the “Company”) announced the appointment of Brigid A. Bonner as a member of its board of directors effective April 11, 2006. The Company also announced that, as previously disclosed, board members Frederick W. Lang and Edward M. Mahoney will retire from the board of directors effective at the end of their terms in May 2006. The full text of the press release issued in connection with the announcements is set forth in Exhibit 99.1 attached hereto and is incorporated in this Current Report as if fully set forth herein.
