Item 5.02(e). Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On October 18, 2006 the Board of Directors of Met-Pro Corporation approved and adopted the Met-Pro Corporation Retirement Savings Plan (the “401(k) Plan”) effective as of January 1, 2007. A copy of the 401(k) Plan is filed as an exhibit hereto.
