Item 2.03. Creation of a Direct Financial Obligation or an Obligation under an Off-Balance Sheet Arangement of a Registrant.
(a) Creation of a Direct Financial Obligation
On January 19, 2010, Met-Pro Corporation and Citizens Bank, as successor by acquisition of Mellon Bank, reaffirmed the Line of Credit note in the amount of $4,000,000 from August 1, 2009 through July 31, 2010. Borrowings are evidenced by the Promissory Note dated February 23, 1996. A copy of the Reaffirmation of the Line of Credit is filed as an exhibit hereto.
