Mitsubishi Tokyo Financial Group, Inc. (“MTFG”) may file a registration statement on Form F-4 (“Form F-4”) with the U.S. SEC in connection with the proposed management integration of UFJ Holdings, Inc. (“UFJ”) with MTFG.
