Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
Joachim Hellwig, SVP-Sensors Division of MTS Systems Corporation (the “Company”), age 63, has announced his retirement from MTS Systems effective March 31, 2014. Effective March 11, 2013, Mr. Hellwig will transition his leadership responsibilities to his successor and remain with the Company in an advisory capacity through March2014.
