On June 14, 2013, MTS Systems Corporation (the “Company”) added Chun Hung (Kenneth) Yu and David D. Johnson as directors. The term of each of these directors commenced on June 14, 2013 and continues until his successor is duly elected or until his earlier death, resignation or removal. Neither of these directors has been assigned to a committee of the Board of Directors at the present time.
On June 20, 2013, the Company issued a press release announcing the appointment of the new directors. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
