Effective as of December 31, 2007, The First National Bank of Three Rivers (the "Bank"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Southern Michigan Bancorp, Inc., converted from a national bank into a Michigan state-chartered bank. In connection with the charter conversion, the Bank changed its name to "FNB Financial."
