Section 5 - Corporate Governance and Management
Item 5.02.--Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On March 3, 2020, the Company appointed James M. Dudek, Jr. to the position of Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Dudek replaces Kathleen D. Hood, former Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, who will be leaving the Company on March 31, 2020.
Mr. Dudek, age 48, joined the Company in August of 2017 as its Vice President and Corporate Controller. Prior to joining the Company, he served as Chief Accounting Officer for Innerworkings Inc., a publicly traded global marketing execution firm, from November 2016 until May 2017, and prior to that as Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer for Richardson Electronics, Ltd., a publicly traded global provider of electronic equipment and solutions, from December 2007 until October 2016. Mr. Dudek received a Bachelor of Accounting degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and is a registered Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois.
