Further to the Company’s previous disclosure regarding base salary reductions for certain North American-based named executive officers in response to the anticipated impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on the Company’s business, on April 17, 2020, the Compensation Committee approved and Mr. Cezary Monko, Executive Vice President, ACCO Brands EMEA, agreed to, a 30% reduction in his base compensation for the period April 1, 2020 through June 30, 2020, consisting of a base salary reduction and the forfeiture of other earned benefits. The salary reduction is for payroll purposes only.
