On November 18, 2004, Milacron Inc. issued a News Release announcing the appointment of Sallie B. Bailey as a director of Milacron Inc. effective November 18, 2004. Ms. Bailey will serve on the Audit committee of the Board of Directors of Milacron Inc. There exist no arrangements reportable on this Form 8-K nor are there transactions reportable on this Form 8-K under Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K between Ms. Bailey and Milacron Inc. The News Release of Milacron Inc. dated November 18, 2004 is attached as Exhibit 99.
