On November 23, 2004, Milacron Inc. issued a News Release announcing the extension of its rights offering to 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time, on December 10, 2004. The rights offering was originally scheduled to expire at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on November 22, 2004. A copy of the News Release is attached as Exhibit 99.
