Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
Effective August 17, 2005, Peter J. Gaffney became the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President, Government Division of Integral Systems, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Gaffney joined the Company in 1986 and has served as the Executive Vice President, Commercial Products since April 2002. He has replaced Thomas L. Gough as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Gough will continue to serve as the President of the Company and as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors.
