Section 2 – Financial Information
Item 2.01. Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets.
On August 25, 2005, RT Logic Tract TT2, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Real Time Logic, Inc. (“RT Logic”), closed on its previously-announced acquisition of 9.99 acres of real property in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The purchase price, which has been paid in full, was approximately $2.3 million. RT Logic, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Integral Systems, Inc., intends to construct its new headquarters on this property.
