Michael A. Moore has joined Farmers and Merchants Trust Company of Chambersburg, the wholly-owned banking subsidiary of Franklin Financial Services Corporation, as Vice President and Risk Management Officer, effective June 1, 2010. The press release announcing Mr. Moore’s appointment is attached to this Report as Exhibit 99.1.
