Committee Charter
On July 8, 2010, the Board of Directors of Franklin Financial Services Corporation, upon the recommendation of the Audit Committee, amended the Audit Committee Charter, a copy of which is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference, and will be posted on the Corporation’s website at www.franklinfin.com.
Declaration of Quarterly Dividend
The news release of Franklin Financial Services Corporation, dated July 9, 2010 and attached as Exhibit 99.2, announces a $.27 per share regular cash dividend for the third quarter of 2010 and is incorporated by reference herein.
Stock Repurchase Plan
