LNB Bancorp, Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend on Series B Preferred Shares

LORAIN, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 27, 2010--The Board of Directors of LNB Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: LNBB) has declared a cash dividend of $12.50 per share, or approximately $315,000, on LNB’s Fixed Rate Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock Series B , payable on May 17, 2010 to the shareholder of record as of May 7, 2010.
