Talent Engagement Program Grant
On April 7, 2022, the Management Development & Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Armstrong World Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) approved an award to Mark A. Hershey, Senior Vice President, Americas, of 3,972 restricted stock units pursuant to the previously announced Talent Engagement Program under the Company’s 2016 Long-Term Incentive Program. Mr. Hershey’s grant will fully vest and be issued if he is still actively employed and in good standing with the Company on April 7, 2023.
