On April 20, 2022 Armstrong World Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.231 per share of outstanding common stock payable on May 19, 2022 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 5, 2022. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
