On March 28, 2006, TRM Corporation issued a press release announcing that it will issue its earnings press release for the fourth quarter and full year ending December 31, 2005, on Thursday, March 30, 2006. The press release also announced that the Company will present those financial results in a conference call to be held on March 30, 2006 at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
