On March 12, 2012, Exar Corporation (the “Company”) will conduct meetings with institutional investors at a financial conference hosted by ROTH Capital Partners. Furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K is the material Exar Corporation will be using during the sessions.
