U.S. Global Investors, Inc. (“USGI” or “Registrant”) has determined that it is unable to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended June 30, 2021, within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense. The Registrant requires additional time to account for complex investments. While there can be no assurances, the Company is working to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K on or before the fifteenth calendar day extension provided by Rule 12b-25.
