Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
On December 31, 2021, Ann F. Guice, age 74, First Vice President of Peoples Financial Corporation and Senior Vice President of The Peoples Bank, Biloxi, Mississippi, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Peoples Financial Corporation, retired after twenty-nine years of service. Her duties will be reassigned to other officers of the companies.
