POWER OF ATTORNEY
The undersigned constitutes each of Michael G. Clarke, J. Kevin Connaughton, Joseph D’Allessandro, Joseph F. DiMaria, Paul Goucher, Ryan C. Larrenaga, John M. Loder, Brian D. McCabe, Christopher O.
