VistaCare, Inc. has been invited to present at the Jefferies 3rd Annual Specialty and Post-Acute Services Conference on Wednesday, June 7, 2006 at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in New York City. Management is scheduled to discuss the Company’s business strategy and historical financial performance. A copy of the presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.01 to this report.
