Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 8, 2006, VistaCare, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2006. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
The Company will host a conference call and webcast on Tuesday, August 8, 2006 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time to discuss the Company’s third quarter results and recent corporate developments.
