EXPLANATORY NOTE
The Registrant is filing this amendment to its Form N-CSR for the period ended August 31, 2022, originally filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 4, 2022 (Accession Number 0001193125-22-277758). The purpose of the amendments is to update Item 11(b) “Controls and Procedures”, Item 13(a)(2), Item 13(a)(4)(i), Item 13(a)(4)(ii), and related exhibits. Other than the aforementioned revisions, this amended Form N-CSR does not reflect events occurring after the filing of the original Form N-CSR, or modify or update the disclosures contain therein in any way.
Items 1 through 10, Item 12, Item 13(a)(1), Item 13(a)(3), and Item 13(b) of this amendment to the Registrant’s Form N-CSR are incorporated herein by reference to Form N-CSR filed on EDGAR on November 4, 2022 (Accession Number 0001193125-22-277758).
