Citizens & Northern Corporation announced the unaudited, consolidated financial results for Citizens & Northern Corporation and subsidiaries for the nine-month and three-month periods ended September 30, 2007. On October 10, 2007, Citizens & Northern Corporation issued a press release titled “C&N Announces Third Quarter 2007 Unaudited Financial Results” a copy of which is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference. Also, Citizens & Northern Corporation’s “Quarterly Report,” a report that includes unaudited financial information, will be mailed to shareholders on or about October 19, 2007.
