Citizens & Northern Corporation announced the unaudited, consolidated financial results for Citizens & Northern Corporation and subsidiaries for the three-month and annual periods ended December 31, 2007. On January 15, 2008, Citizens & Northern Corporation issued a press release titled “C&N Announces Fourth Quarter 2007 Unaudited Financial Results,” a copy of which is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference. Also, Citizens & Northern Corporation’s “Quarterly Report,” a report that includes unaudited financial information, will be mailed to shareholders on or about January 22, 2008.
