Item 12. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On January 16, 2004, Multi-Color Corporation issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the third quarter ending December 31, 2003 and will hold a conference call on January 16, 2004. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
