Item 12. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On May 6, 2004, Multi-Color Corporation issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ending March 31, 2004 and will hold a conference call on such date. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
