On December 9, 2016, Orrstown Financial Services, Inc., the parent company of Orrstown Bank, issued a press release announcing it had acquired Wheatland Advisors, Inc. ("Wheatland"), a Registered Investment Advisor headquartered in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
A copy of the press release announcing the acquisition of Wheatland is filed as Exhibit 99 hereto, and is incorporated herein by reference.
