Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On December 15, 2016, the Board of Directors of Orrstown Financial Services, Inc. (the "Company") appointed David P. Boyle, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, as the Chief Accounting Officer of the Company, replacing Douglas P. Barton. Mr. Barton will remain as Senior Vice President - Finance of the Company. On December 15, 2016, similar action was taken by the Board of Directors of Orrstown Bank, the Company's wholly-owned bank subsidiary (the "Bank"), with respect to Messrs. Boyle and Barton. Mr. Barton will remain as Senior Vice President - Finance of the Bank.
