Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosures.
On May 9, 2013, MAM Software Group, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its common stock will begin trading on the NASDAQ Capital Market (“NASDAQ”) under the symbol “MAMS,” effective May 13, 2013.
