On May 20, 2013, MAM Software Group, Inc. (the “Company”) will deliver a corporate presentation (the “Presentation”) atthe 14th Annual B. Riley & Co. Investor Conference in Santa Monica, California. A copy of the Presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
