In connection with the Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q of South Hertfordshire United Kingdom Fund, Ltd. (the "Partnership") for the three months ended March 31, 2005, as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on the date hereof (the "Report"), Robert Mackenzie, as a director for ntl Directors Limited, the Corporate Director of NTL Fawnspring Limited, the general partner of the Partnership, and Robert Gale, as a director for ntl Directors Limited, the Corporate Director of NTL Fawnspring Limited, the general partner of the Partnership, each hereby certifies, pursuant to 18 U.S.C.
