On December 1, 2005, Haynes International, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release in which it reported revenues of $93.1 million for the three months ended September 30, 2005 and net income of $1.8 million, or $0.18 per diluted share. For the full fiscal year revenues totaled $325.0 million, with a net loss for the year of $(4.1) million, or $(0.41) per diluted share.
A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is being furnished, not filed, under Item 2.02 of this Current Report on Form 8-K.
