On June 10, 2011, the Company entered into a Securities Repurchase Plan under SEC Rule 10b5-1 in connection with its repurchase program for which the Company’s Board of Directors granted expanded authority, as previously announced on May 19, 2011. During the week of June 13, 2011, the Company intends to commence share repurchases under this Securities Repurchase Plan. The Company’s repurchase program may be suspended or discontinued at any time without notice.
