Item 2.01. Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets.
On September 28, 2012, National Health Investors, Inc. ("NHI") completed the transaction with Bickford Senior Living ("Bickford") as more fully described in the Form 8-K issued by the Company on September 25, 2012. Attached to this Form 8-K is an organization chart reflecting the corporate structure of the NHI/Bickford business venture.
